The Dive Motel and Swim Club features 23 uniquely designed rooms, a blend of Classic Motel Americana meets Pantone-inspired Romantic Nostalgia. Each air-conditioned room includes a private bathroom and free WiFi. Rooms include a mini-bar and a sitting area. The rooms feature carpeted floors and heating. Each room is equipped with the signature Party Switch that activates a disco ball and plays one of Dive Radio's four channels: Sex, Drugs, Rock 'n Roll, and Sleep. Accommodation types include Cabin Kings, King Pool Rooms, King Pool Suites, Double Queens, Penthouse Suites, and a Honeymoon Suite.

The hotel features a restaurant and a bar. The lobby bar is open at noon during the week, and at 10 AM on Saturdays and Sundays.
